What is your Rain Guarantee?
We offer a standard 5 Day Rain Guarantee. If the weather messes up your clean windows within 5 days, we will come back and touch them up. If you are on one of our Maintenance Programs, that guarantee is extended to 14 days!
Are there any hidden fees or taxes added to my final bill?
Absolutely not. The price you are quoted is the price you pay. We never add hidden fees or tack on surprise taxes at the end of the job.
Do you clean window screens?
Yes! We do not just clean the screens in every single package we offer, we also treat them with ScreenMagic. This leaves behind a very fine UV protective coating making the screen much more resistant to the harsh Arizona sun. This prevents fading and gives your screens more life. We include this for all screens including sun and patio screens.
Do I need to be home while you clean my windows?
If we are only cleaning the exterior, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the backyard and the screens are unlocked. For interior cleaning, someone will need to be present to let us in.
